TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (EPP)


Benefits include:

  • Exclusive member pricing: Preferred monthly rates and device offers available through the EPP.

  • Flexible plans: Data and voice options designed to fit the needs of busy healthcare professionals.

  • Dedicated support: Access to customer service for EPP members.

  • Device upgrades: Eligible devices can be upgraded at preferred member pricing.

  • Exclusive offers: EPP pricing and promotions are separate from standard consumer retail offers.


Switching from a TELUS consumer account


If you currently have a TELUS consumer account and want to move to the TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (EPP), please note:


  • Accounts generally cannot be transferred within the first six months of activation or renewal.

  • EPP pricing and hardware promotions cannot be combined with consumer retail offers.

  • A $50 account migration fee per line may apply when transferring an existing consumer account.

  • The TELUS account must be in your name and use your billing information.

  • Device upgrades can be ordered through SmartCell. If you have time remaining on your current device financing agreement, an early device repayment charge may apply.
