TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (EPP)

Switching from a TELUS consumer account
If you currently have a TELUS consumer account and want to move to the TELUS Exclusive Partner Program (EPP), please note:
Accounts generally cannot be transferred within the first six months of activation or renewal.
EPP pricing and hardware promotions cannot be combined with consumer retail offers.
A $50 account migration fee per line may apply when transferring an existing consumer account.
The TELUS account must be in your name and use your billing information.
Device upgrades can be ordered through SmartCell. If you have time remaining on your current device financing agreement, an early device repayment charge may apply.
