"ECG-U is an excellent course, with a well structured and evidence-based approach to ECG interpretation for ACS. The online format is run very well, with a good pace and plenty of opportunity to read and interpret ECGs. I've been in practice for a while, but I learned a few new things about OMI that I'll use on my next shift."

Michael Z

"Finally ... a Canadian, evidence- based, interactive, practical ECG course for Emergency Medicine providers who serve the patients who cannot access primary PCI. Bravo!"

Karen M

This highly acclaimed, hands-on workshop equips healthcare professionals with the skills to confidently diagnose and manage acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and their mimics. Through expert-led ECG interpretation, real-world case reviews, and evidence-based clinical strategies, participants gain practical tools to improve outcomes in ischemic cardiac emergencies.Whether you're an emergency physician, resident, nurse, or paramedic, this course offers a deep dive into the latest thinking on Occluded Myocardial Infarction (OMI), ACS mimics, and high-risk ECG patterns — all in a collaborative and engaging format.

Offered virtually, the ACS and Friends Workshop is a must-attend for anyone looking to elevate their cardiac care practice.

Course registration includes:

  • Training workbook in .pdf format

  • Full reference slides
