CAEP members with existing TELUS consumer accounts who wish to switch to the CAEP Corporate Employee Plan (EPP) should note:
Accounts cannot be changed within the first six months of activation or renewal.
Corporate plan pricing and hardware cannot be combined with consumer retail offers; features cannot be mixed.
A $50 plan migration fee per line applies if the contract has not yet expired.
The account must be in the member’s name with their billing information—not a spouse, friend, or family member.
Upgrade devices can be ordered at www.smartcell.ca. If more than one month remains on your current contract, an early device repayment fee may apply.
